Pear Tree is the perfect location for exploring this beautiful city, close to the station with buses to Stonehenge, and the lovely park with its stunning views of the cathedral spire, yet within quick walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are so welcoming, clean and comfortable, visitors are made to feel at home from the start. Breakfast is provided along with ample quantities of tea and coffee. I highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed
5 stars – Our Home Away from Home This was our third stay at PearTree Apartments in Salisbury, and it was the most special yet. We returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our son and our cat, and the team went above and beyond—leaving us a bottle of wine, a beautiful card, a nursery rhyme book for our son, and treats for our cat. We were genuinely moved. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped—extra bedding, towels, kitchen essentials, even wine glasses. Cooking was a breeze, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They had everything we needed: high chair, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, games for kids, and more. The facilities are excellent—on-site parking, laundry room, pet-friendly, and a lovely breakfast selection. PearTree makes you feel so welcome, you almost don’t want to leave the apartment! We’re so grateful for their kindness and care. This place truly feels like home, and we hope to return again next year.
Had a fantastic Christmas stay at Peartree Apartments while visiting family. The one-bedroom apartment was exceptional, very well maintained, generously sized, and perfectly located, with everything we needed for a comfortable four-day stay. The team were outstanding, warm, welcoming, and clearly take great pride in both the property and their guests’ experience. I would highly recommend Peartree Apartments and will not consider staying anywhere else on future visits.
Very clean and tidy place. A few steps from the train station. It has residential parking which is a massive plus in Salisbury. There are breakfast goods, tea, coffee and a pint of milk to start you off. The TVs in my accommodation were small. There are bathroom items like shampoo and body wash. There is washing up liquid, a cleaning sponge and a tea towel in the kitchen. It's a good stroll into town so if you need groceries during your stay I would order them to be delivered if you don't have a car.
An absolute GEM of a place! You get the best of both worlds with The Peartree. It has the the quality and service of a hotel with daily cleaning but the space and privacy of an apartment. There is even a laundry room with more than enough washers and dryers to do your own laundry if you wish too. The apartment we stayed in most definitely had the hotel luxury feel, everything you need for self-catering was there. The apartment was spotless, so so clean and we've stayed in a few places to be able to say that! The staff are amazing, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they definitely are a credit. We will definitely be staying again, the location is spot on and parking! Which is a premium in Salisbury.
Booked at the last minute and have to say how impressed we were the location is fantastic walkable distance to the town centre, the facilities were fabulous and clean and the service couldn’t be faulted. I would definitely recommend it.
The Peartree Apartments are like a hotel, yet you self-cater if you wish to. Rooms serviced daily if you wish. Fridge with ice-box, microwave, hob & oven to store/prepare/cook your choice of food or you are 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Salisbury with an extensive range of restaurants. Good number of washing machines & tumble dryers for your laundry. Very helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble.
Quite modern apartments, good location, comfortable, clean and tidy. Had everything I needed for a few nights stay, brilliant. Great laundry room and a reasonably priced vending machine with handy essentials and snacks. Easy check in. Would stay again! Parking is compact but fine if everyone parks tidy.
